With focus on fundamental poses and props to explore different variations, you’ll develop a new level of body awareness and connection to breath. You will realize your body is uniquely made and begin to understand that yoga is more than a one size fits all type of exercise. Instead it’s a unique, holistic practice tailored to each person who comes to the mat.
